Camburg 2.5" coilover system, Camburg Uni-ball upper A-Arms, Custom 10 leaf Rear Deaver Leaf Springs with custom mounted Bilstein 7100 remote reservoir shocks (not shown), extended bump stops, and Downy Rubicon HD Shackles. Extended stainless steel rear brake lines. Removed Sway Bar,Energy Suspension polyurethane body mounts, polyurethane rack and pinion mounts, upper and lower a-arm mounts, and leaf spring mounts. Front diff rotated and dropped 1 1/4" to improve CV angles. Rear frame reinforced with 1/4" plate. HD treated CV halfshafts from CV Unlimited, 4:10 gears in both diffs, factory Toyota electric locker in the rear. |

Demello's shop while I was
helping out there for a bit, after my Rockstomper bumper failed
on the 5 freeway, dumping my 33" tire into the road. Luckily it didn't hit
anybody. Hi-clearance, (cut rear qtr panels 6-8") with side protection and a full lockable swing gate. Improved departure angle by 4" at the rear. Built for 3" body lift. Holds spare tire and other gear. Includes LED tail/brake lights and shackle mounts. Took me about 2 months to finish as this was the first welding project I had ever done from scratch. Lots of help and pointers from Jason while I built it. Demello now offers similar bumpers and styles custom built. |

Demello Off-Road HD Hybred sliders for a 3" body lift, with custom side hoops to protect extra cab. (inner 2x2 square, outer 2" round) These replaced my original Rockstomper ones seen in the first two picts and others here. These are much better built and finished, much stronger, and are welded to the frame vs. bolted like my old ones. One of the best sliders I have ever seen. Plus the paint matches the rest of my truck now. The Rockstomper ones had been hacked, banged, scratched, and modified numerous times to fit right and clear the tires, and just had to go after all these years.. |

Demello Off-Road HD front skid plate. This is one beefy skid, with a tubular frame underneath that the skid plate itself bolts to. Believe it or not, that skid in the pict had already been through the Rubicon on Jason's truck before a light repaint job and being put on my truck. |

Safari lights mounted on both sides of shell and rear to light up around me at night. 5 day survival / first aid kit including 6 gallons of water Custom mounted Sunco Alum roof rack with 2 100 watt off-road lights, shovel/axe mounts and tons of room to cary all that extra gear I just can't fit anywhere else on those long trips into nowhere .
