Both TTORA and the Trail Crew had scheduled club runs in the same area this weekend, so TTORA hooked up with Alex from the Trail Crew and followed his lead. The run started at Groler Gulch, where there was an old mining cabin or two, and then proceded up the canyon.. We wandered about for a bit, had lunch at another old mine, and the headed up to the Schmidt Tunnel. A few of us had been there before, so we hung around outside the tunnel while Craig raced his remote control truck around at Mach 4 - jumping it, crashing it, doing insane donuts with it - all kinds of things, without breaking a darn thing.. After that it was down Last Chance Canyon, where I was able to run the wedge the other direction this time, and with no damage.. In all, it was a fun run for both clubs..
